Schedule of Fees

This document outlines the fees and charges for psychological services and other related services. Prices are reviewed in July each year. This schedule is valid from July 2024 to June 2025.

Please become familiar with this document as all services delivered by Sarah Conway Psychology are charged accordingly. You should read this document in full. Please pay special attention to the following:

• Our cancellation and/or re-scheduling policy is strictly observed. A cancellation/reschedule fee will apply without 48 business hours' notice.
• Reports or any written documents are not included in the cost of a standard consultation and are charged separately.
• A minimum fee equivalent to 15 minutes of any service applies to all requests.
• Parent support sessions are not a service on the Medicare Schedule and no rebate is available to you for these appointments.

Summary of Fees:

• Clinical services include both full fee and Medicare rebated video and phone sessions, parent support sessions and case management, liaison and care coordination with other services and professionals involved in a clients care.
• Administration fees include things like letter and report writing and are charged in 15 minute increments. Not all services provided are eligible for Medicare or private health rebates.

Initial 50-minute session delivered via Telehealth.....................$200

Autism assessment with comprehensive report.........................$1800

ADHD assessment with comprehensive report.........................$1500

Autism assessment with letter only (no report).........................$1300

ADHD assessment with letter only (no report)..........................$1300

Combined Autism/ADHD assessment........................................$2400

Cancellation Fee (with < 24 business hrs notice)........................$200

Cancellation Fee (with < 48 business hrs notice)........................$100

*NB. The recommended fee set by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) for a 45-60 minute consultation is $315

*NDIS funded appointments are charged at the current recommended NDIS fee, in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements
